Details:
If your slip boot has failed it is most likely due to your exhaust overheating the boot especially on dyno pulls. The excessive heat softens the boot then grease from within is thrown thru the softened boot.
We recommend our Heat Wrap kit for instances of large exhaust.
Please mark the shaft when you slip it apart as it only goes back in phase and drivetrain damage can occur if improperly put back together.
